Operations Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - then £30,000 after probation
Job Role
We are looking for a one-year fixed term (with opportunity to then become permanent for the right person) Operations Co-ordinator (focus: training) to join our small and growing team. This Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for the coordination of training.
Based at home with occasional working in the office as required by the team and compulsory quarterly staff meetings at our South London office.
Objectives of the Operations Coordinator (focus: training)
- Responsible for Training Management Coordination:
- Responsible for coordinating logistics for training sessions
- Coordinate the preparation and organisation of materials for training
- Support with Project Management:
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional teams working on company projects.
- Assist in project planning and execution.
- Responsible for Training Administration:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling bookings, and overseeing administrative tasks for training.
- Coordinate logistics for training and off-site training.
- Keeping websites up to date with latest training information.
Operations Coordinator (focus: training) Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise logistics for company training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to cross-functional teams working on various company projects, assisting in project planning and execution.
- Coordinate the implementation, use and improvement of policies and procedures related to training processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Prepare data-driven reports and insights to support decision-making, assisting in communication with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training sessions.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth execution of training.
- Provide efficient and effective support in maintaining internal and external relationships, ensuring a positive and professional image for the company.

Summary of Terms
Salary |
£28,000 (subject to experience) £2,000 increase on successful completion of 6-month probation |
Hours |
Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 (Flexible 37.5 hrs a week) (This role requires to occasionally attend meetings/events/training with advance notice) |

28 days including non-bank holidays occurring between Christmas Day and New Year’s day |
