Partnerships Co-ordinator

Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 (pro-rata) after probation

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced part time Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our small and growing team. The Partnerships Co-ordinator will be responsible for the coordination of partnerships by building and maintaining strong and mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external partners including trade bodies and resellers.

We are committed to flexible working, which includes considering flexible hours and being based at home with occasional working in the office as required by the team and compulsory quarterly staff meetings at our South London office.

Objectives of the Partnerships Co-ordinator

  1. Monitoring agreements and gather feedback from partners to ensure they are happy with the partnerships and relationships are maintained
  2. Updating content and produce articles, write speakers/conference agendas and content, gather, edit and write articles, blogs and best practice
  3. Coordinating with external partners and internal operations team to ensure smooth execution of meetings, events and projects, facilitating successful partnerships. Deputise for the secretary as required

Partnerships Co-ordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor partner agreements
  • Gain feedback from partners to ensure relationships going well
  • Help to build relationships with internal and external Partners, and trade organisations and reseller partners
  • keep partners members lists up-to-date in CRM/web/email lists and companies house
  • Continuously find benefit for both our company and our partners
  • Create surveys on behalf of the partners
  • Update best practice content and produce articles
  • Write speakers/conference agendas and content, gather, edit and write articles, blogs and best practice
  • Communicate with speakers to create conference themes, sessions and agendas
  • Create content for delegates, speakers, chairs, sessions, exhibitors, sponsors etc.
  • Write joining instructions, invites, papers, PowerPoints etc. as required
  • Attend partner meetings as required
  • Act as deputy secretary in partner meetings, as required
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors and internal operations team to ensure smooth execution of meetings and events and projects, facilitating successful partnerships
  • Help our partners to actively engage with their members and customers via conferences, awards, training, meetings and events
  • Cover for operations co-ordinator when they are on leave, as required
  • Attend meetings, events and conferences, with advance notice, as required

Summary of Terms

Salary £30,000 (pro-rata) (subject to experience)
£2,000 (pro-rata) increase on successful completion of probation
Hours Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 14:00 (Flexible 20hrs a week)
(This role requires to attend meetings/events with advance notice therefore daily hours may vary)
Holidays 28 days including non-bank holidays occurring between Christmas Day and New Year’s day
Sick leave, maternity leave,
redundancy entitlement
All as statutory
Responsible to Director of Strategic Partnerships and Operations
Probationary period Six months
Notice period One month (one week during probation period)
Pension provision Housing Software will match pension contributions up to 10% of salary (5% each) to a pension fund of your choice
