Service provider sub licence registration form

The terms and conditions applying to use of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates (and related products) require that “The Customer may not pass Data in Electronic Form to a Service provider except where the Service provider has provided the Customer with a copy of the authorisation provided to that Service provider by the Distributor permitting them to obtain the Data in Electronic Form, and where the Customer has noted the sub-licence number.”

Related products include the Repairs Ordering Schedule (ROS), Planned Maintenance, Voids Ordering Schedule, and various cyclical service and maintenance modules. They do not include M3Locator Plus.
