Following rigorous testing, the in-house development team have taken the software to the next level with a range of improved features to facilitate the appraisal process for housing professionals.
Created in response to extensive user feedback, M3Pamwin Plus 4 has been upgraded to meet the needs of development teams working across every stage of the process - from quick offer appraisals to complex multi-tenure projects. The latest version delivers an impressive combination of enhanced appraisal calculation tools, slick design and smart functionality to enhance the user experience.

As well as a new design, the latest version includes updates to both the appraisal model and project management tools.
