Last week saw over 400 asset management professionals come together for NHMF 2023 where we explored a range of topics - from carbon net zero and new technology to talent retention and resident safety.

The over-arching theme of Collaboration came through strongly with workshops and sessions addressing how the sector can work together more effectively to tackle common challenges.

This was also reflected in the exhibition hall, which played host to over 30 stands showcasing the latest products to tackle damp and mould, fire safety, retrofitting and of course, housing software!

The M3 stand was kept busy with enquiries about Version 8 of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates launching soon after close consultation with the sector, plus our new look M3Central for reporting and diagnostics which has had a major facelift to improve the UX. 

We were also pleased to demo our latest product: M3Vision. It's the first database of its kind to be specifically built around the M3NHF Schedule of Rates, to combine responsive & planned works and we're very excited with the response so far. The team are already working with a number of clients as we roll out phase 1 and look forward to sharing their feedback as we take M3Vision to phase 2.
