Development Trainer & Consultant

Neil is responsible for preparing and delivering our HATC programme of housing development training courses.

These are specifically aimed at Housing Association development staff and cover all aspects of housing delivery from inception to completion. He also provides consultancy services in housing development and delivery and interim management to provide temporary support to development teams.

Neil has been in the affordable housing sector for most of his career, but also has experience of the contracting market having worked for a main, national building contractor. He has also worked for the private housing development sector, having spent over 3 years as Development Director for a developer in the South-West.  His focus has always been on land finding and project management of schemes including rural, urban regeneration and specialist housing, from inception through all stages to completion and handover or sale.

Neil has a Degree in Land Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Surveying.
