Paul Flowers

Managing Director

Paul is responsible for M3 Housing's Development and Asset Management software systems. He has extensive experience of appraisal modelling, system implementation and training, managing software projects, and consultancy. He has spoken at conferences, including user events and the NHF Housing Finance conference and he is the author of the NHF publication ‘Understanding Development Appraisal’.

Paul joined the company in 2001, having previously worked in the development department of South London Family HA. Prior to that he was involved in a software project for the Israeli Ministry of Tourism.

Outside of work he enjoys choral singing when he is not helping to raise five small children.
