Simon’s focus is principally on asset management activities. Since 2001 he has been involved with a wealth of projects including stock condition surveys, energy efficiency, business planning, developing strategies and investment planning.
In particular, Simon likes to focus on taking clients from a position of little or no information on their stock, to having robust and efficient processes in place. Simon has a postgraduate diploma in Building Surveying and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
