HATC Diploma in Affordable Housing Development
Overview
Diploma certification is available following the completion of the suite of HATC Affordable Housing Development training courses, comprising 54 hours of Continued Professional Development and the successful passing of the Diploma exam.
Course Plan
The courses to be undertaken are:
- Acquisition, Feasibility and Project Planning for Development
- Design and Planning for Development
- Building, Contracts and Managing On-site Developments
- Housing Development Financial Viability Explained
Format
On completion of the four training courses above, we will arrange for a half-day 1:1/ group revision session with our Development expert Neil Clements. This is followed by a three-hour written exam undertaken in the classroom.
