M3Pamwin Plus training is currently being delivered remote or on-site and each course is held over 2 days in 3-hour sessions, with an optional third session for Q&As.

Courses are charged at £1200 + VAT per course for up to 6 delegates in each session.

Land buyers & New Business Appraisal Training - Remote Training

This course is aimed at people who are new to the system and will use it primarily for creating appraisals for initial offers, presenting appraisals for board approvals or exploring viability options.

This course will use the Private Developer Model and is aimed at people who are new to the system and will use it primarily for creating appraisals from the developing companies perspective, initial offers, and determining the value of the affordable units and presenting appraisals for board approvals or exploring viability options.
