Announcing Our Exciting New Partnership with Sava

M3 is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Sava, the leading provider of software for energy calculation

Asset Management database, M3Vision, now integrates with Sava Intelligent Energy, the leading provider of software for energy calculation, analysis and improvement planning in housing. This integration enables joint customers to seamlessly interrogate energy efficiency data alongside a range of other housing stock data to inform improvement planning.

Energy efficiency data plays a crucial role in both the rented and social rented sector, with properties that are more energy efficient usually having more affordable bills for tenants. The UK’s Net Zero ambitions, coupled with a focus on tenant experience, has prompted a renewed focus on energy efficiency as housing providers aspire to achieve band C and above across their housing stock.

Simon Davis, Director at M3, creators of M3Vision, commented:

“The main benefit for our clients is that it allows them to look at their energy data on a live basis. The main alternative is an EPC, which is static and may well be out of date (they can last 10 years). By using up-to-date data, we get the most accurate understanding of the energy performance of the property.

“As a second point, by holding the data in Vision, we can use Sava to perform a number of ‘what-if’ type scenarios – for example, modelling a particular type of energy efficiency improvement, or what is the cheapest way to get all our properties to band C. All of this is done in a visually appealing, user-friendly way!”

Austin Baggett, Managing Director at Sava, added:

“The integration between M3Vision and Sava Intelligent Energy is positive news for both joint and potential customers. With the two systems working together, housing providers will have easy access to their housing stock’s energy efficiency data directly through their Asset Management System, enabling them to incorporate this data into their maintenance plans more easily and, on a wider scale, drive their Net Zero goals.”
