M3Central users will soon be able to click on a tile to open Aidenn on the right side of their screen, providing a smooth and efficient AI-powered repairs assistant

Help me Fix Engineer (Resident-Engineer Video Conferencing): The Schedule of Rates will be integrated into Help me Fix’s video application allowing for support agents and technical supervisors to find the right codes effortlessly during in-call diagnostics. The M3Central-Aidenn integration will provide robust functionality, including contact centre-facing AI diagnostics, helpful videos, and property information to optimise responsive repairs. It analyses images to diagnose issues, offers guidance for self-resolution, and escalates repairs as needed, generating detailed PDF reports to automate workflows and improve management efficiency. All implemented into our M3Central user friendly software.
